4 Powerball Tickets Sold in Texas Cities Worth $1 Million Each

No winning lottery tickets for the record Powerball jackpot were sold in Texas, but four Texas tickets matched five numbers.

Three tickets — sold in California, Tennessee and Florida — will share the $1.5 billion jackpot after matching all six numbers: 4, 8, 19, 27, 34 and the Powerball number 10. If each winner selected the cash option, they would split $930 million.

Four tickets sold in Texas came close by matching five numbers. One of those tickets was sold at the Horizon gas station in Decatur. Another was sold at a QuikTrip gas station on Mockingbird Lane near Dallas Love Field.

Tickets that match 5 numbers are worth $1 million. In all, 2.2 million Texans won something.
