Amber Alert: Flushing, Ohio Mother Abducts 2 Sons, Leaves Behind Suicide Note


FLUSHING, Ohio — An Amber Alert has been issued for two Flushing, Ohio, boys who were allegedly taken by their mother.

According to the Amber Alert, Justin Myer, 6, is described as standing four feet tall and weighing 45 pounds with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. His brother, Kyle Race, 8, is described as being 4’1″ tall and weighing 80 pounds. He has sandy blonde hair and green eyes.

NBC4i reports that Wednesday night, the boys’ mother, Mandy Myer, 37, took them from their home in Flushing. The childrens’ father came home later in the evening and found a suicide note.

Mandy Myer, 37, is 5’7″ tall, weighs around 140 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

The three were thought to be in a 2002 Dodge Caravan with Ohio license plate number FOZ2668.

Anyone with information should call police.
