Amber Alert Issued for 2 Children Missing from Asheville North Carolina

Department has issued an Amber Alert for two children missing in western North Carolina.

Elijah Ryan Joyner and Harlee Allan Joyner were last known to be in Asheville traveling in a silver/gray Nissan Versa with a Virginia license plate.

Elijah is a 1-year-old white male, approximately two feet tall and weighs 20 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a white onesie and jeans.

Harlee is a 3-year-old white male and is approximately three feet tall and weighs 40 pounds. He also has brown hair and blue eyes. Harlee was last seen wearing a tan shirt and dark brown pants.
