George Zimmerman Shooting Was Unjustifiable

George Zimmerman Shooting Was Unjustifiable

George Zimmerman was escaping for his life when a man opened fire on his truck … this as per Zimmerman’s lawyer who’s calling BS on the shooter’s case it was self-protection.

Matthew Apperson admits shooting one shot at Zimmerman’s truck Monday evening in Lake Mary, FL – and Zimmerman’s lawyer Don West tells TMZ … George did nothing to set off the assault.

West says Zimmerman was driving down the parkway when he recognized an auto behind him glimmering its headlights … also, when the driver stuck his head out the window to shout something – Zimmerman remembered it was Apperson.

As we’ve reported … Apperson and Zimmerman have a street anger history.

West lets us know Zimmerman made the most readily accessible u-turn to get away from Apperson – who likewise turn to tail him, and after that pulled up on the right side of Zimmerman’s truck … and opened fire through the traveler side window.

With respect to Apperson’s case of this being a self-defense shooting – West says his customer NEVER displayed his weapon … what’s more, cops affirm he never fired it either.

Zimmerman was dealt with for minor wounds at a healing facility and discharged. He’s participating with the investigation. Apperson has not been arrested.
