Male Fashion Trends Autumn/ Winter 2015

Summer is almost over, but not yet. Still, let me enlighten you on a topic that I am very passionate about that always interests me: fashion. This is an overview of trends and key pieces to add to your autumn wardrobe!

Am I the only one that does get excited when fall lurks around the corner? I love jackets and this season the shearling jacket is your go-to jacket. Also, there is the checkered trend. You might even remember recently when florals were in, then it was all patterns. Now it is going to be the checkered design. Green may signify the trend in male fashion that is the military trend but let’ us focus on the trend that is color: green. All subtlest hues range widely. A flexible roll neck is easy when you want to dress it up and/ or dress it down. The last trend, graphic sweatshirts are adorned with designs and patterns and are an elegant take on statement sweatshirts.

Key pieces to the autumn wardrobe are cardigans, the checkered shirt, which is also referred to as plaid or flannel, chinos, the lightweight scarf, canvas bag, graphic knitwear, as aforementioned, and desert boots.

Fashion blogger Cillian O’Connor from Fashionbeans.com says to make sure you make a list before shopping these trends. He says this is a huge part of the whole ordeal. I agree, make a list or keep in mind what you need to get and go update that wardrobe!

These are available Zara, ASOS, and the shoes are available at Clark’s.
