LAKE COUNTY, Ohio — A portion of Interstate 90 west in Leroy is closed due to multiple accidents.
According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, I-90 westbound between Vrooman Road and state Route 44 has been closed.
Heavy snow has caused traffic problems throughout Lake County today.
A temporary detour on State Route 2 westbound at the state Route 306 exit ramp has been removed after a series of crashes in Mentor.
Police recommended people in that area avoid driving today unless necessary.
