Mid Rivers Mall: Man Faces Charges For Filming Women Changing in Dressing Room

ST. PETERS — A Lincoln County man is facing charges after he was caught filming women changing in dressing rooms at Mid Rivers Mall.

47-year-old Bryan Roberts hid his cellphone in shopping bags placed right outside or inside dressing rooms to film the women. Robert was caught after a couple women came forward describing a man of Roberts’ description placing bags outside their door when they were trying on clothes.

Images recovered from Roberts’ phone show numerous women in varying states of undress. The images of more than 20 unidentified women were taken between Dec. 26, 2015 and Jan. 8, 2016.

A similar incident was reported to the Chesterfield Police Department. Robert has been charged with two counts of invasion of privacy. The man is being held on a $20,000 bond.

If you believe Roberts might have taken photos of you, contact Detective Matt Halter at 636-278-2244 ext. 3546.

Bryan Roberts currently faces unrelated charges for possession of child pornography in Lincoln County.
