What exactly would you say the Kardashians and Jenners are really known for? So many things flood my mind when I say this. I think people are really entertained by them and like to talk about them. That, to me, is what makes them who they are. They are people that know how to be influential.
The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, Kylie, has been in the news numerous times in 2015 for her influence on various people of young ages. We all remember the “Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge,” and who knows how many people wanted their hair to be like hers. An influential personality, who has even earned such a title, Kylie Jenner released a video in which she describes her New Year’s Resolution; rather, she talks about what 2016 will be about.
If you want to hear her profound comment on what 2016 is really about, tune into the video, or keep reading this article! Sure enough, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister did say something rather, well, weighty. She said something I feel is simple and relatable. She said that 2016 is about mainly “realizing stuff.” She said this new year, 2016, brings with it a new energy; hopefully we can all feed off of this energy and also “realize stuff.” In her video, she said everyone around her seems to be realizing stuff, although that is not verbatim what she said.
Kendall, the older of the two sisters that are Jenners in the Kardashian-Jenner family, also made news this week. She is also one of the most popular celebrity faces around and she modeled for Spanish fashion outfit “Mango” in their campaign for their tribal collection. The collection channels African tribal themes and as such, people are pretty angry that Kendall, rather than a person of color, is in the campaign.
Whether you like it or not, the Kardashian-Jenners are one of the most talked about celebrity families and it looks like the world really likes to talk about them. Whatever it is, I feel a positive energy off of them, especially Kylie in her mention of a “new energy.” Kendall, too, is a very popularized face and the two sisters are making strides, whether that is how you would describe it or not.
