Police Search for Missing 16-Year-Old Girl in Castro Valley, California

CASTRO VALLEY — A 16-year-old girl has gone missing from Castro Valley, authorities said on Thursday.

Kendelle Patton was last seen on Aug. 11.

She is described as a black female, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, 120 pounds, with a medium complexion and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-colored shirt and black jeans.

Patton is known to ride BART to visit friends in San Francisco and Richmond, authorities said.
