PRINCETON, KY –
UPDATE: Princeton Police Chief Don Weedman said the woman who turned a gun on herself in a shooting outside the ConAgra plant has died.
Weedman says the plant, all its employees and areas around the plant are safe, and employees can return to work. He says one other person has injuries described as not life threatening.
Princeton Mayor Danny Beavers has confirmed a shooting outside the ConAgra plant.
Beavers says a disgruntled daughter shot at her mother and missed.
The bullet hit a bystander in the hand.
Beavers says the daughter then turned the gun on herself. She is reported in critical condition at Caldwell Medical Center.
Employees said that the plant is on lockdown.
