Prison Officials recommend early release for Oscar Pistorius

Pistorius, 28, was sentenced in October to five years in jail for punishable murder in the killing of Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day 2013. In South Africa, culpable homicide means a person was slaughtered inadvertently yet unlawfully.
