Tracy Morgan Announces Comeback Stand-Up Tour

Tracy Morgan made his official return to the stage last week on SNL, and fans will be getting to see a lot more of him come this winter: The comedian, who was severely injured in a car crash last June, announced Tuesday that he’s embarking on a stand-up tour this February.

“Heading back out on the road to bring the funny. Come see me,” Morgan wrote on Twitter to announce the tour.

Morgan’s comeback started with an interview on the Today show in June. At the the Emmys last month, he surprised the crowd (30 Rock costar Tina Fey included) by presenting the award for Outstanding Drama Series. On Saturday night, Morgan appeared as host of Saturday Night Live and won rave reviews for his performance.

Morgan’s Picking Up the Pieces stand-up tour kicks off Feb. 5 in Indiana and, as of right now, concludes May 28 in New York.  Venues are located at tracymorgan.com/tour .Tickets are available starting on Oct. 23th for some venues at Ticketmaster.
