VIDEO Pitbull calls out Trump in acceptance speech at Premios Juventud

Rapper Pitbull used his acceptance speech to address Donald Trump after being awarded at Premios Juventud on Thursday.

The star, whose real name is Armando Christian Pérez, said this to Trump in Spanish during his acceptance speech:

“Yo no soy político, yo soy músico, pero más que nada soy latino. Por toda la cultura de allá afuera: Marco Rubio, ponte las pilas; Jeb Bush, ponte las pilas; Hillary Clinton, ponte las pilas, porque Donald Trump no puede ser presidente. Y Trump: ¡ten cuidado con El Chapo, papo!”

Here’s the English translation:

“For all the cultures out there, I want to tell Marco Rubio, step it up. Jeb Bush, step it up. Hillary Clinton, step it up, because Donald Trump can’t be president. For all of the Latinos and beyond, always move up and move forward. And Trump, watch out for El Chapo.”

That last line references escaped Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman. The criminal threatened to make Trump eat his words after making disparaging comments about Mexican immigrants.

Trump is facing backlash after saying Mexican immigrants coming to the U.S. brings drugs and crime.
