VIDEO Suge Knight Tells Bad Joke About Eazy-E’s Death In Throwback Viral Clip

After N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton took box offices by storm this past weekend, an old clip of former Death Row Records honcho Suge Knight joking about rapper Easy-E’s death from AIDS is making the rounds.

Complex dug up the video, where Knight takes a below the belt dig at the MC during his 2003 appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” which debuted that same year on ABC. Mid-interview, the hip hop heavyweight jokes about Jimmy’s ensemble, which included a bulletproof vest.

“Technology is so high. If you shoot somebody, you go to jail forever. You don’t want to go to jail forever…They have a new thing out,” Suge explained. “They have this stuff they called…they get blood from somebody with AIDS and they shoot you with it. That’s [a] slow death. The Eazy-E thing, you know what I mean?”

His unsettling joke prompted a roar of groans from the crowd, leaving the host in an awkward spot to pick back up on the interview.
